Authenticity guarantee - Buy safely at cardcosmos
At cardcosmos, we source TCG products exclusively through official distributors and authorized wholesalers. Before shipping, we inspect every item for visible integrity, intact seals, and clean packaging. This way, you receive factory-sealed products in carefully inspected Condition. If you have any questions or problems, our support team will be happy to help quickly and easily.
All pre-orders are shipped in time for the official Release date. Our goal is for you to receive your product exactly when the new set launches - it often even arrives on the release day.
Yes, that is possible. However, please note: If your order contains pre-orders, the entire order will be shipped together on the Release date. This way, you save Shipping costs and receive everything safely in one package.
Sometimes manufacturers or distributors postpone the Release date at short notice. If this happens, we will of course inform you immediately by email about the new shipping date. Your order will remain safely in place.
With a preorder, you secure the products you want before they may sell out. Especially with limited editions and popular TCG releases, preorders are often the only way to be there on time for the launch.
In 99.9% of all cases, we can fulfill every Preorder because we deliberately list our available quantities conservatively, based only on guaranteed delivery commitments. If a manufacturer or distributor nevertheless delivers less stock, we will inform you immediately and offer you either a refund or, if available, a switch to a similar product. Of course, you can cancel your Preorder at any time before shipping.
