This Collection includes cards in German, English, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Korean, and Chinese. These cards were awarded the highest PSA grades, “9 Mint” and “10 Gem Mint,” and are therefore in near-pristine Condition.

2. English First Edition Basis-Set
A sealed Booster display containing 36 Shadowless Booster packs from the 1999 Basis-Set sold for an impressive €84,800. These “Shadowless” cards are a transitional version without a First Edition stamp and with design flaws such as incorrect size information for the Pokémon.




3. Italian Basis-Set Booster Display
An Italian Basis-Set Booster display from the limited first edition changed hands for more than €58,000. These cards are highly sought after by collectors due to their limited print run.
4. Charizard from the Legendary Collection
A holographic Charizard from the “Legendary Collection” in PSA 10 Condition achieved a selling price of approximately €50,000 a few days ago. This card is a faithful reprint of the famous Charizard from the Basis-Set.

5. Japanese Gengar Promo Card
A special Japanese Gengar Promo Card that was never released outside Japan sold for €22,000. This card was part of a “Communication Evolution Campaign” and received the coveted PSA 10 top grade.

6. Lucky Stadium - Tropical Mega Battle Promo Card
This unique Promo Card was distributed exclusively to participants of the Tropical Mega Battle tournament held in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 2000. A PSA 9 card was auctioned for US$27,450 on June 16, underscoring this card’s rarity and high value.

7. Shining Charizard from Neo Destiny
The Shining Charizard from the Neo Destiny set achieved an impressive selling price of approximately US$15,000 on June 12. This card stands out due to a unique holographic effect visible exclusively on the Pokémon itself.

8. Shining Mew - CoroCoro Comics Promo Card
This beautiful holographic Promo Card of Shining Mew was available exclusively in the Japanese magazine "CoroCoro Comics" in May 2001. A PSA 8 copy sold for €7,000 on June 7.

9. Gold Star Pokémon Cards
Gold Star Pokémon cards, first introduced in 2004 in the EX series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, are highly sought after by collectors. A Japanese Mew Gold Star card from the Dragon Frontiers expansion was auctioned for more than $10,000 a few days ago. A PSA 10 Charizard Gold Star card from the same set also sold for €10,600.

10. Pichu from Neo Genesis
An extremely rare PSA 10 card of Pichu from the Neo Genesis expansion sold for more than $10,000 on May 31. Only 33 PSA 10 copies of this cute baby Pokémon card exist in total.

11. Charizard - XY Evolutions Prerelease STAFF Promo Card
The holographic reprint of Charizard from the Basis-Set, graded as a Prerelease STAFF copy, sold for €2,500. These cards are not available commercially and were distributed only to staff members of specialty stores that hosted Prerelease tournaments.

12. XY Evolution Booster Display (German)
German XY Evolution Booster Displays are very rare due to their lower print run compared with the English set. One such display recently sold for more than €1,000.

13. Munch "Scream" Mimikyu Promo Card
This exclusive Promo Card, issued in 2018 for an exhibition of works by Edvard Munch at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, sold for more than €3,000. The card features Mimikyu, inspired by Munch's famous painting "The Scream."

14. Pikachu - 20th Anniversary Battle Festa Promo Card
This charming Japanese Promo Card of Pikachu, distributed exclusively to participants of the "20th Anniversary Battle Festa" in 2016, sold for $10,000 on June 11.

15. Rayquaza-VMAX - Alternate Art
